Skyline Farm House is the perfect holiday getaway all year round with plenty of space to cater for multiple families or a getaway with friends.
303 I Zahnows Road, Rosevale
Old Rosevale Road turns into a dirt road, please continue until I Zahnows Road and turn left. 
You will pass Leitch Road on your left. We are the next driveway. You will see cattle yards (left), turn into our driveway. 
If you reach Hayes Road, you have passed us!

  • Second lounge room with large TV located on the mezzanine floor.

The house can accommodate up to 16 guests plus a cot is available if required. 12 adults & 4 children (bunks).

House & Design

Built in 2016, this grand, high quality steel framed homestead features a large central open plan kitchen and dining area, two large living rooms and generously sized bedrooms.  

Soaring 12 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors throughout, square set walls and a delicate use of hardwood lends the homestead a contemporary, industrial feel, that is softened by the inviting landscape and views from almost any vantage. 

 

The home is positioned to maximise the breezes and views, with its elevated position commanding views over 95% of the property. 

 

Wrap around verandahs and a rear patio overlook an inviting 10m x 5m inground saltwater pool with a spa, BBQ and firepit.
